During the whole process of writing your paper, we have several factors, which will influence on the amount of refund you will get. Our money back policy is divided into 2 parts:
The whole system, of our company is based on your approval of the PDF (Adobe Acrobat) version of your dissertation/thesis paper.
Whenever the order is done – the first thing that is delivered to you is the PDF version of your order, which you are not able to edit/copy/paste/print whatsoever.
This is done in order for you to review the current version of your order, and make some comments on it. If you are satisfied with the quality of your dissertation/thesis you are asked to approve the PDF version and instantly receive the Ms-Word version.

You may qualify to receive 100% refund in the following cases

While ordering a thesis/dissertation you made double payment by mistake.
We weren’t able to assign a Ph.D./Master’s writer to your order.

Before you approve the PDF (Adobe Acrobat reader) VERSION of your completed dissertation/thesis

After we had sent you a Confirmation email, stating, that the Ph.D./Master’s writer has been assigned – and you would prefer to cancel your order – you will be able to receive not more than 70% of your money back.
In case of late delivery – the price for your dissertation paper/thesis paper will be recalculated and a refund of the difference between these 2 papers will be made.
Supposedly, you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered thesis/dissertation – you will have to provide strong evidence on this matter. Each and every case is reviewed on a separate basis. The decision on the refund is given out after careful consideration of all points, by an independent committee.

There are many cases, when the quality of the dissertation paper doesn’t meet the academic level of the paper you were expecting on. In these cases – free revisions are made.

2) After you've approved the PDF (Adobe Acrobat reader) version and have RECEIVED THE FINAL, MS-WORD version of your thesis/dissertation.

After approving the PDF version of your custom dissertation/custom thesis you do not qualify to receive more than 50% of your money back, as you have already taken responsibility by approving the papers.

The amount of your refund depends on the grade that you get for your custom dissertation/thesis.

For a 'B' you get 10%
For a 'C' you get 20%
For a 'D' you get 30%
For an 'F' you get 50%

If a dispute occurs between you and the support team staff, or the writer about a low grade, or plagiarism – you will have to submit a photocopy of your graded paper, along with the professors’ comments to us via email, or fax, as the verification of your low grade.

Legal Notice: Your refund will not be issued, if a request is sent more than 30 days after the approval of your order.

The dispute between you and the writer/support team staff will be automatically resolved if you fail to reply to the writer/administrator within 3 weeks.
